timeshare at the Flagship/Fanta, Atlantic City, Robert Paisola Responds

Mr. Robert Paisola,

We have tried to sell our timeshare at the Flagship/Fanta, Atlantic City, NJ. They won't sell it nor will they foreclose for the fees we owe. We are paying the mortgage, but we have never used it. I think all these sell my timeshare outfits are scams. How can I sell this or give it back to Flagship? We cannot afford it and we don't use it. We owe $1500 in fees.
