My husband and I are a Tahiti Vi...Dear Mr Paisola,

My husband and I are a Tahiti Village something or other. I read through the transcripts this evening that you had with Ray. Something he had told you caught my attention and it is the one thing that has angered me the most about these thieves. Ray said " see, there’s a 90-day period which you have to return money in a Federal – in a bankruptcy hearing. I mean, you – so they structured this bankruptcy" in April of 09 I was approached via a phone call by a sales representative from Consolidated wanting us to upgrade my timeshare to a Royal Tahitian from a Bora Bora. They had such a better deal for me than the offer I was given a year prior. I was scammed again, I have all the documents of the sale/upgrade. I think there is a pretty good case for that 90 days since they approached me in April and they filed bankruptcy in July. You may have already heard this from other people but I thought just in case you didn't I would be the kind citizen to inform you that they were stealing more money from people in that exact time frame of 90 days.

Sincerly,
Rhonda & GregoryAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
